LITTLE LIES

Little lies between us
Little lies we tell each other
Little lies, the other must be protected
Little lies, into my blood you infected
Little lies you love to tell
Little lies putting me through hell
Little lies to serve yourself
Little lies placing truth on a shelf
Little lies – us in tatters
Little lies leaving us shattered
Little lies, nothing else matters
Little lies – little lives battered
Little lies – can't you see
Little lies defining you and me
Little lies left between us
Little lies have destroyed us
Little lies, nothing to trust
Little lies, decay and rust
