Hi Christopher, I saw you on lock up and just watching your story it touched my heart. I'm rutting for you! I hope and pray you are doing well and that there are comforts in your day. I spend lots of time alone since I was a little girl, I'm 60 now, so I can relate. It takes all you have, just to survive. And year after year you do the same thing. You are right, adversity will make or break you. The war becomes in the mind. Congratulations! You made it! I'm so proud of you! You are an inspiration to me, because, tho, not in prison, my life is hard. I'm glad to see your doing well. I saw a few recent pictures of you on Google. Looking good! Keep up the good work and remember to fight only the good fight of God. God Bless You!

Hi Xzyzst,
just saw your message concerning dvd's, I hope I am in time to tell your foster father to not send me dvd's!. The value of the dvd's is really low compared to postage. Furthermore, at the moment, I can not send any package as the Netherlands stopped accepting packages to the USA because orangeface has not figured out what the tariffs are or something stupid like that. Anyways, if he wants to help me he can help me with postage in case I ever send sth again, DVDs are not the problem.
I am glad I just remembered today I can reach you this way, I hope it's timely.
Big big hug
Jules

Franny Soffin never robbed those banks, it was Swenore, about time the real story is told, Fran didn't rat on who killed those people, he took the blame because his family was threatened by both Swenores, yes Fran hung with some seriously twisted individuals but he never killed anyone, and he was forced to take the blame out of fear for his family. God rest his soul, when I say he should not be talked bad about by anyone! I knew the Swenores and they were crazy!

Hi Milo,
thanks for your reply.
Today I'd like to talk to you about Italy's rivers and lakes. The fact that Italy has few plains is also due to the lack of large rivers that cross it. The longest river in Italy is the Po, which rises in Piedmont. The Po flows through several important cities, including Turin, along the Po Valley, and finally empties into the Adriatic Sea. It is approximately 652 km long. Other important rivers include the Adige, which flows through Trentino and Veneto, the Tiber, which flows through Rome, and the Arno, which flows through Florence. Italy has many lakes. The most famous and largest are in Northern Italy, near the Alps. These are Lake Garda (the largest in Italy), Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, and Lake Iseo. My favorite lake is Lake Garda; it's close to my city, so whenever I can, I always go to Lake Garda for a break. The southern part of the lake is quite flat and there are also sandy beaches, the northern part of the lake is mountainous: you can admire fantastic views with the mountains overlooking the lake.
Best regards
Alberto
