if/when you get your case overturned and either then it get's dismissed or you're found not guilty at re-trial...that's when my opinion will change...if you are indeed not guilty of those crimes you are now convicted of, then you do technically have a right to complain about conditions of confinement and the administrative state...Myself...I was GUILTY of the crimes I was convicted of but still managed to hand back a 5 year bit and one conviction I was guilty as sin of...but I NEVER whined to anybody about the way the prison system treated inmates...I took action...I was an extremely problematic inmate and institution security directors did NOT want Me in their facilities...I had been on ass-naked status (controlled segregation) at least 50+ times in 28 years and 8 months incarceration...well over 300 major conduct reports...numerous cell extractions...poppin paper...psych warfare...all kinds of anti-pig, anti-undesirable-inmate behavior...I was the ultimate pain in their ass and I would do it all again if it came down to that...if you're going to restore yourself then you gotta get your convictions tossed out for good or people like Me will be on your ass, homeslice...the whining does NOT do you any favors even tho you have a right to do it...the prison system does NOT care if you're guilty or innocent...you're still there under their care
