Johny, He is currently in the Special Management Unit at Norfolk. He may be released later this year. He is scamming everyone who responds on his blog, whether it's a comment or someone who transcribes a post. He is well into double figures of Gofund me requests. It is a continuation of him hitting up anyone who comments to be a 'researcher' or some other mythical post.
As far as functioning outside.......being a small fish in a very large sea will not help his narcissistic personality disorder. Only time will tell. Hope he doesn't have a session in front of the Honourable Joshua Wall. That would be ironic.

Is Timmy out of prison yet? I see that he is scamming one of his readers for money in a "GoFundMe" web site. This guy is a real piece of work. He will be back in the DOC soon. Guys like him cannot function outside the walls.

Paul, I sincerely hope you are right. I was just notified that Bryce Noonan has been transferred to minimum security and at an institution that will provide what he needs for positive reintegration into society. Hopefully he has matured.
