The Dance of the Evil Begins / "Hate" That Dirty Water at Norfolk

Well the Powers-That-Be at NorfolkWorld are pissed off, but not as pissed off as I am. They are pissed because the "EVIL" of forcing us to drink dirty water will now be the topic of an investigative expose'. Now begins the "Dance of the Evil" which involves the culpable prison officials doing all within their evil power to make it look like the men who have complained about the toxic water are to blame, not the jailers who force us to drink this poison and toxic sludge. It's not going to work this time as we have several oversight agencies involved.

Now I'm pissed off because these jailer scum think I am an animal and that my friends here are animals. They think we deserve to drink poison water. The warden here puts up a notice stating that our life-sustaining drinking water will be poison for the next 18 months and that he is "encouraging" the cellblocks to provide us with clean water. Can you fucking believe it? He is ENCOURAGING them to gice us clean water! Pure fucking evil!!

When the water here comes out of the taps and showers "shit brown" the NEADS Dog Handlers give the Stockholm Syndromed inmates (not convicts) bottled water for the dogs; while I am forced to drink the brown sludge! The staff are provided "spring water stations" and told not to drink the facility water. Visitors entering the prison are privy to a notice which warns them not to drink the water. These true con-men (and con-women) in the prison administration make it seem as if everything is OK for us, but the facts just don't support that liar's conclusion. The water IS TOXIC! The warden and his evil underlings are making us drink it. Men will DIE as a result! We cannot let this go unreported; and will not!

What happens when you make constitutionally protected complaints about these life-threatening conditions of confinement? You become a target of crooked investigators. Your mail is read. incoming and outgoing, and held on jaded investigator's desks for days at a time. (Please see the letter that follows this Chapter) They make up disciplinary offenses against you and "randomly search your cell for "contraband." The "random" searches are about as random as the selection of the Twin Towers in New York as terrorist targets. Planned Evil carried out by Evil Folks. Prison is a failure because the jailers feel we are "less than" and can be fed dirty water and unsanitary foods. They would tattoo our wrists like at Dachau if they could get away with it.

I am NOT an animal and I will NOT remain silent while you feed me poison. I will NOT dance the dance of Evil with you! I will shout your cruelty from the rooftops and ask every media outlet to investigate your Evil! Stay tuned...

Water Problem Solution Proposed / Plenty of H20 For All!
The NorfolkWorld Food Services Director, The Green ChickenHead, has come up with an ingenious solution for our water woes. He will use his "flaming pink cotton loafers" to melt the "iceberg heart" of our Acting Co-Warden Scary Sherry Medusa; plenty of water for all!

Your letter to Commissioner Turco dated March 4, 2017 regarding your mail delivery here at MCI-Norfolk has been referred to me for response.

Please be advised that after looking into this matter, I have determined that this matter has been addressed through the grievance process via grievance #93951.

As indicated by Assistant Grievance Officer McCue, your concerns have been brought to the attention of the Inner Perimeter Security Unit to ensure that all/any legal mail is distributed in a timely fashion. The I.P.S. Officers have been made aware of your concern in regards to your claim that you did not receive your legal mail within 24 hours. All Appropriate Department Head(s) have been notified to which the distribution of Legal Mail will continue to be monitored closely to ensure compliance with the 103 CMR 481-Inmate Mail Policy.
