Hey Kyle,

According to Wikipedia hakuna matata is Swahili and is translated as meaning 'no worries'.

As for the lyrics to the great song, from one of the best Disney films made, I've copied them out below.

Enjoy!
Rosa

Hakuna Matata! What a wonderful phrase

Hakuna Matata! Ain't no passing craze

It means no worries for the rest of your days

It's our problem-free philosophy

Hakuna Matata!

Hakuna Matata?

Yeah. It's our motto!

What's a motto?

Nothing. What's a-motto with you?

Those two words will solve all your problems

That's right. Take Pumbaa here
Why, when he was a young warthog...

When I was a young wart hog

Very nice

Thanks

He found his aroma lacked a certain appeal
He could clear the savannah after every meal

I'm a sensitive soul though I seem thick-skinned
And it hurt that my friends never stood downwind
And oh, the shame He was ashamed
Thought of changin' my name What's in a name?
And I got downhearted How did ya feel?
Everytime that I...

Hey! Pumbaa! Not in front of the kids!
Oh. Sorry

Hakuna Matata! What a wonderful phrase
Hakuna Matata! Ain't no passing craze

It means no worries for the rest of your days

It's our problem-free philosophy
Hakuna Matata!
Hakuna Matata! Hakuna matata!
Hakuna Matata! Hakuna matata!
Hakuna Matata! Hakuna matata!
Hakuna Matata! Hakuna--

It means no worries for the rest of your days

It's our problem-free philosophy
Hakuna Matata!
(Repeats)

I say "Hakuna"

I say "Matata"

Thanks for writing! I finished the transcription for your post. Your post was truly heart warming, Bob is lucky to have a friend in you and I am sure he appreciates you after all the mistreatment he has had in his life, you are his ray of hope. Keep fighting.

Thanks for writing! I finished the transcription for your post. I found your post rather shocking, it seems so cruel to punish through food, as someone who has suffered with eating disorders for a long time, letting people have correct nutrition and access to good food is very important to me. I am happy to say that this practice does not exist in British jails and I hope that soon it will not be practised in the US either.

Thanks for writing! I finished the transcription for your post. I have a very strained relationship with my father, he has been neglectful, hurtful and uncaring, but he had no reason not to visit me unlike you do. He moved further away and I haven't seen him in a long time. It makes me sad that I don't have a relationship with him and I will always be there to welcome him back into my life with open arms if he ever makes the choice to get his priorities right. However, I have not always felt like this, I got very angry and frustrated with him. I know that your daughter, if you keep telling her that you love her and care for her as much as you do (I can tell this much from reading your post), she will come around eventually. Being a young person in today's world is hard, even harder when you don't have a strong family figure in your life. I hope that the relationship improves soon, I am sure it will. Sorry for the long post, but as a young person I can really feel for both you and your daughter's situation.
