It's me, Miguel. I've got to say this poem is my favorite one from many of your piece's of literature. I have never been to prison, although with this image you drew in my head, there is no need to. I have never met you, but Valeria has told me many positive things about you, she gets so excited talking about you and when you call her , she has a glow in her eyes.I hope I have the honor to meet you soon, because you seem to know the pain and sacrifice's of life and the never ending struggle it is to live without the security of knowing your future is safe. I have read all your poems and they all seem captivating and I know that I'll soon be seeing you.
Till then I send you my best regards and pray that you can be re-united with your family .

I am however, not as cynical as you are about government. The people are the government, and most people don't vote - and they let the OTHERS make the rules and run their/our lives, while we simply run our mouths - whining!

Chuckling here. The other day I tried some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises from youtube. I'm a big guy, and my calves and ankles were not up to it! I had to stop after the first set or two, as I didn't want to twist a weak, over-exhausted ankle.
