That was not an act that took a moment. Do you think Happ sat down and thought "Damn that was stupid, what did I do that for?" Was that an appropriate response?
He denied committing rape, murder and disposing of her body like garbage for 24 years. Her family and friends will no longer have to go through endless appeals and denials of responsibility, reliving that brutal act each time. Something has been accomplished.
