Yes, yoga is great!! I do it for so very long! I had the most differnet teachers really. This morning again I was on my mat doing it. I add other gym exercices as well. As long as they benefit my legs and sometimes I do arm exercices with light weights.
George trains people, but stresses the food you eat as well. Once we're together, he will be my personal trainer, he tells me! Haha.
Well, Kelly, you are right, one feels fit and relaxed after a yoga session! Also the mind benefits from it at the same time. Yoga means to be in balance with the body and the mind.
I have great books from it! Ever got one from my children. As to the reading of books; Allende I know, not the others. I am sure you would love this writer: Haruki Murakami, he's good! it's a Japanese writer. His books are translated in various languages.

i wondered if you had brothers or sisters? The friends who were friends before you got in prison, do they keep in touch.. or just lost touch? To me then they never were true friends in the first place, isn't it? Friendship tracends all borders to me. A true friend always stays a friend. I've pretty many, so to say. My oldest is Lily, she was my best friend in a youthgroup, like the Scouts.(?)We were 1O (she)and 11(me) yrs young! Now she lives a few kilomters away! One day (I hadn't seen her for 33yers!...), a friend who commited suicide, brought us togheter.
We would have recognized ourselves immediatly! then Greet (Greta), I knew from boarding school at 16! We were the best friends!!She also lives in Antwerpen, not too far from me.
She had so very much bad luck regarding her health!How much more can a person bear..... :-( Tomorrow exactly she travels for the very last time to see her brother and her sister in South Africa. I hope all goes well! They will take so very well care of her in the plane, i guess?
She still is married, and has three children. And 2 grandchildren in Germany. There was a day she just would like to die... Well, that is a long story.
And then there are good friends here and there, also in Argentina.
How about your friends, Kelly? Did you have a companion in the outer world? Maybe it's something private and you'd rather not like to talk about it, or only in a letter?
So,from the 21 of December, I'll be in America in my hotel. It would be nice a letter of yours would await me there! ;-) It is cheaper to send it too!

I will stay there till the 29th of that month. Later at the B&B I will write you on the computer most of all.

I am preparing myself little by little, and I have to carry the chocolats and a special toy for them and the kids, for their feast of Saint Nicolas! :-) It is similar as your feast of Santa Claus. Only that that person ever existed. He was a bisshop. He and his black helper, throw toys through the chimneys for the kids!!! ;-)))
