Where is Antwerp(en)? Well in Belgium and it's a port city. Not too far from The Netherlands. Rather in the north of my country. People here speak mostly Flemish, the same langaage as Dutch, in The Netherlands. This country is very flat, so is the north of our country! Many people ride bicycles.:-) I love riding a bicycle!! I have no car, but we've plenty of buses, trams and trains! If you travel outside the country, you just take a bus or a train to the airport and you fly to your destination.
I was talking today with my American hotel where I was at in Galesburg, Il, about the shoes they stole in my hotel room!! They will reembourse(they will send a check) the shoes I could then buy in Belgium. They were expensive! It's a shame they stole my nice red shoes... They interrogated the girls cleaning the rooms... of course nobody did it... :-((
That is ridiculous that he had to rip out the sunflowers...sunflowers are not some type of weed, they are beautiful flowers that almost everyone loves. But I guess they can't stand to see anything reminding people of beauty and life. Unfortunately it's not just prison guards who destroy nature and beauty for no reason, it happens everywhere in this world. It is these little things that make life beautiful but I guess some people will never learn it.
