I'm so sorry, brother, that I don't have the money to come see you. I feel so ashamed that I don't find a way to make it happen more often. Trust me, though, you are in my mind quite often and I love you more than ever.
I was so hoping you would submit that application and we could plead for them to take your case and get you out of there!!! There is nothing that I want more or no one deserves it any more than you do.
Hi Andy, your missive got here too late for the election I'm afraid. Plus I'm in the UK so, I'm useless to your cause. ANYWAY. If it's true about the one unsolvable crime, then it's pretty ironic that most people don't just commit one. It probably says something profound about human nature, or stupidity one of the two...
The Hunger Games logo DOES look like the IRS logo. The Capitol is based on the brutality of Ancient Rome...bit worrying...
I can't know what situation you are in now, or how you will be when this comment finds you. I can only say that in one way at least you are not alone - we at BTB can read your words and feel for you. I know this doesn't change your situation in a physical sense, but perhaps mentally it relieves the pain a little to know that your words can reach and touch someone as far away as the UK?
Hi Kenny, thanks for writing. It sounds like these women are incredibly brave to take such a difficult job, and should be given all the help they can get rather than being victimised in this way. Is there anything you think could help them with their situation?
Andrew Halfpenny and I went to school together and used to hang out quite often he was a smart and friendly kid. What aaron.k should realize is that he doesn't need to know why Andrew was incarcerated to agree with his words he is only offering his personal perspective of his life inside. The American prison system is a business and it's a crime that maintaining a steady business seems to be of huge importance while rehabilitation is of little to no importance. Another major injustice is that the system drags down inmates family members whose only crime is caring about their brothers, fathers or sons who happen to be in prison by inhibiting contact between them. Anyway I'd like to finish by saying don't prejudge the authors of these posts they are people like anyone else the only difference is they are living in impossible conditions. When I knew Andrew his home life was chaotic he had a lot of promise, he was even in gifted classes. He's just like anybody else he could be your son or brother ther only difference is the hand he was dealt. Stay strong Andrew I remember you fondly -Halps.

I love you,

I'm glad to hear you're looking for the positive points in your situation too. I believe they're always there (if we look hard enough).
I'd love to see more of your artwork here on Btb too.
Take care!
(The British Royal family has one of your paintings! ;)
