Hi my name is Ryan Holloway, the last time I seen you uncle Donnie was around the time you went into the joint I was about 9 years old then... you were always one of my favorite uncles... I remember hanging out with you at uncle lee and aunt Robins on Oro st.. ... I look you up from time to time but this time I came across this blog... just to fresh your memory cause it’s been a long time I’m Kim and Ronnies son...
I saw the Netflix special regarding your case. I had my wife watch it as her sister is going thru something similar to what happened to you and Dennise. The sister's husband is very jealous and controlling and drinks a lot. He has hit her many times when he is drunk. She has thrown him out of the apartment which is in her name. Since you appear to have reflected on your actions taken when you were a young man, what suggestions would you give to my sister-in-law given your experiences? The husband is 42 and they have a child together. Thanks.
Hi Gary! I am in love with this poem. I'm an AP Literature student in high school and have an assignment this weekend to write a two-page paper analyzing any poem of our choice. Your use of diction, juxtaposition, and metaphor caught my interest immediately and I just wanted to let you know that I am analyzing your work for my assignment! You will be credited of course. You're super talented. - Tereza
Straight back at you, and those you love..

That is a pretty fantastic piece of work.
You are a lyrical poet,
In case you didn’t know it!
I tried and failed!
All the best
