Subject of Complain: 14 - Classification

Brief Summary: Inmate Richards complains he is being held at SCI but he is a minimum
custody inmate and should be returned to Gordon Correctional Institution.

Method of Disposition: Review on Record? Yes Investigation? No

CCE's Recommendation: Dismissed

The inmate demands to be incarcerated elsewhere. He wants to be moved
now. The ICE responds: "Inmate Richards complains that he is being held at
SCI but he is a minimum custody inmate and should be returned to Gordon
Correctional Institution. A letter for reconsideration dated 7/5/11 has been
filed with Judge Foust on his 7/5/11 decision and order. At this point there has
been no determination made therefore the DOC will not take any action related
to Inmate Richards' custody or placement at this time. Therefore it is
recommended that this complaint be dismissed."

The institution's decision reasonably and appropriately addressed the issue
raised by this inmate. On appeal, the inmate presented no information to
warrant a recommendation overturning that decision.

Thus, it is recommended this appeal be dismissed.
