My fiance emailed me the between the bars link and I randomly clicked on a post just to see what was on here...and it was yours. I admire your journey to figure out how to go through life - how to reach for your best self...and I'm taking inspiration from it. Thanks for your wonderful writing, for sharing your very personal story, for explaining so beautifully how someone can be spiritual, yet not religious in a traditional sense, and for working so hard to be the person you know you can be. It's easy for me to fall into phases of my life where I allow stress to overwhelm and I am anything but mindful. I'm going to take some of your writing to heart with me as I go through a relatively challenging time in my life over the next few months. Thanks...
Once released (though forever monitored for sex crimes) - you have the option to help a young child. Just kindness and within the scope of your parole - you can help people.
think about the infirm or the hurting. clean an apartment of someone who can't physically do it. take out the trash. make a grocery run (with a list and a trusted debit card).
i've read about you and your checkered past is NOT what you present here. I'm okay with that, tho...everyone deserves a second chance.
a few years ago i attempted to fund an inmate (LWOP) in his endeavor to get certified as a paralegal. I spent mucho bucks and alot of time to try to make that happen. What ultimately ended up happening was my MasterCard/debit used and abused with unauthorized transactions.
Before I caught wind, I had been paying phone privileges and canteen. The final straw was when MY mortgage payment bounced.
let's look at the ACTUAL charges Mr. Judy faced and for which he was found guilty. In America we have citizens who have to stand up and protect our children. Our children are our future.
I won't post the "sheets" of inmate Judy but I would ask you read them.
Praise God for considerate cooks! Every corner of this broken world needs more people like you. Men and women with self control are in short supply everywhere I look. Thanks for the post my friend.

how many chances have you had?
i've read your rap sheet. may i suggest you spend all of your free time in a rescue mission for the victims of abuse?
