Hello, My husband is Bryce Noonan and unfortunately we have encountered yet another set back. This is horrible Bryce has now served 22 years for a crime he committed when he was 17, 22 years I know of people who serve less time for a similar crime. What the hell is wrong with our government, why can't they just read and realize that their decisions in regards to Bryce are so injustice. I know for a fact had we had the financial resources this issue would be resolved or perhaps some inside political connection, this wouldn't be happening. It just sad and disgusts me that individuals who commit outrages acts worse then Bryce's get a slap on the hand based on their resources. This has been a long road and we continue to walk on it, I will do all that I can to find help in regards to Bryce and Juvenile Reform (JUVENILES ARE NOT THE SAME AS ADULTS)if there are any suggestions, please let me know for at this point I'm fed up and prepared to exhaust all available options. Troy, I know u don't remember me but I was the suicide prevention aide while u were on Rikers Island. I don't have much to say but I hope that you have finally admitted to what u and Kayson did. U seemed to be a smart dude in the Beacon...I can finally come to grips with some of my own demons. I hated you for what you did. I wanted to spit and shit in your food but my spirit wouldn't let me. I know life plus 150 years is a rough stretch but you gotta do what u gotta do. Be safe...
