I am sorry to hear that your appeal was denied. I am not familiar with all the details in your case, but after what I have been reading so far, it seems to me that you have evidence for what caused Dennise's death in the hospital.
What can you actually do to get a new, fair trial ? Are the problems bad defense attorneys or the system? Elisabeth
